You’ll learn to meet the practice just as it is, without pressure or expectation, while deepening your connection to yourself and discovering calm within the chaos.

Sound and vibration therapy is a gentle, restorative practice that uses sound frequencies and vibrational energy to support physical and emotional well-being. Instruments such as tuning forks, gongs, drums, and Himalayan singing bowls are used on and around the body to create vibrations that resonate deeply with the nervous system. These vibrations may help ease stress, uplift mood, and encourage relaxation and healing. Clients remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on a table, lying face up, face down, or both during the session.
