Yoga Nisha Soul Flow is a 60-minute class designed in a 20/20/20 format, offering a balanced and intentional practice. The first 20 minutes focus on Yin yoga, with postures practiced on the mat to gently target the tendons, ligaments, and fascia, encouraging deep release and mindful awareness. The next 20 minutes transition into a Vinyasa flow, where we move through a series of postures designed to build heat in the body. Movement is synchronized with breath—one breath, one movement—as we flow from one posture to the next. The final 20 minutes are Restorative, bringing the practice back down to the mat. This portion of class is dedicated to stretching, relaxation, and deep restoration. Yoga Nisha Soul Flow offers the best of both worlds—gentle depth, mindful movement, and complete restoration—all within one balanced practice.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, deeply restorative practice that begins with meditation to help students ground themselves and connect inward. In this style of yoga, postures are held for longer periods of time—typically three to five minutes or more—to target the connective tissues, such as ligaments and tendons, rather than the muscles emphasized in more active (yang) yoga practices. Students will move through 5–6 poses, allowing the muscles to fully relax so that time and gravity can gently deepen the stretch and stimulate the fascia. The class concludes with an extended, meditative shavasana, leaving students feeling calm, open, and restored. Class length: 75 minutes.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, passive practice designed to support deep relaxation and healing. Through a series of long-held, fully supported poses using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the body is able to release tension without strain or effort. This practice encourages stillness, calms the nervous system, and helps reduce stress and fatigue. Suitable for all levels, Restorative Yoga is especially beneficial for those recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply seeking a soothing, meditative experience.

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement, breath, and alignment to create balance in the mind, body, and soul. In this class, postures are sequenced with the breath to form a continuous, fluid flow. As the practice progresses, the body warms and the heart rate rises as we build toward the peak of the class. While Vinyasa moves at a faster pace, modifications are always offered, making the practice accessible and beneficial for all fitness levels. This 60-minute class invites you to move with intention, build strength, and reconnect through breath and mindful movement.

Slow Burn is a mindful yoga practice that moves at a slower pace while remaining strong and intentional. This class should not be confused with “easy.” Movement is guided by the breath, with an emphasis on safe alignment, balance, and control. Postures are held for 2–4 cycles of breath, allowing time to connect, notice, and align. These intentional, static holds build strength, stability, postural integrity, and mindfulness, while deepening awareness of the breath. Slow Burn is a great option for new students and for experienced practitioners who want to slow down, feel more grounded, and move with greater intention. This 60-minute class offers space to strengthen both body and mind.
